Overview
Dominique Hogan-Doran SC conducts an Australia-wide advocacy, strategy and advisory practice in complex and high profile disputes, public inquiries, regulatory activities, and corporate transactions. Her clients include governments, courts, regulators, peak bodies, licensees, listed companies, and leaders in business, politics and the professions.
Dominique is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Law, the Governance Institute of Australia, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She is the Chair of the International Bar Association’s Bar Regulation Committee and Vice-Chair of the IBA’s Forum for Barristers and Advocates. She has served as President of Australian Women Lawyers, the Women Lawyers Association of New South Wales, and the University of Sydney Union.
Before her call to the Bar, Dominique was Research Director to the Chief Justice of New South Wales, a Menzies Scholar at Oxford University, and a lawyer at Mallesons Stephen Jaques.
