5 Wentworth congratulates David Chin SC on his appointment as Vice-President of the Industrial Relations Commission and a judge of the Industrial Court.
David was admitted to the Bar in 2001. He practiced nationally, primarily in Industrial and Employment Law, Work Health and Safety Law, and Discrimination Law. He represented employees, employers, trade unions, and public regulators in trials, appeals, and inquiries. He is a co-author of The Modern Contract of Employment, the third edition of which was published by Thomson Reuters Australia in 2023.
