Anna has a wide ranging practice, with experience in Royal Commissions, coronial inquests, intellectual property, consumer and trade practices, confidential information, media and general commercial law.
Anna was admitted to practice in 2011 and was called to the bar in 2016.
In 2020, Anna was appointed as Counsel Assisting the joint Commonwealth, States and Territories Royal Commission into National Natural Disaster Arrangements
In 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2022 Anna was listed by Doyle’s Guide as a ‘Recommended’ junior counsel in NSW for Intellectual Property and in 2018 and 2019 for Technology, Media & Telecommunications. Anna received the Christopher Gee QC Memorial Prize for evidence and advocacy for the August 2016 Bar Practice Course.
Before coming to the bar, Anna was a Senior Associate in the King & Wood Mallesons’ intellectual property litigation team, where she acted on copyright, trade marks, patents and consumer law matters. In 2012-2013, Anna worked as the Associate to the Hon Justice Annabelle Bennett AO at the Federal Court of Australia.
Anna has a Masters of Law in Media and Technology (awarded with excellence), from the University of New South Wales. She graduated with first class honours in law from the University of New South Wales. Anna has also authored a number of publications in intellectual property law.
